When purchasing on our Shopping Cart, you will be asked to choose a freight option to suit your purchase. If you choose an option that is not compatible with your product, we will advise you.
We aim to courier your product the same day you order and, depending on the size and NZ destination, you should receive this withing 1-3 days. Please email us on shop@nzwatershed.co.nz or phone us on 021 731 369 if you do not receive your item within this time and we will track it for you.
Please note that delivery dates are a best estimate and are given in good faith but are not to be treated as a condition of sale. No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery, however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery.
